Everybody experiences stress of some kind, and if left to build up it can manifest as physical illness, disease or trauma. The body is our own personal feedback device and it will let us know loud and clear when it needs our attention. We can spend so much time thinking of others and their needs but what about your needs? Do you wish you had the time for that treatment, to be able to unwind and relax, but keep putting it off because you just don't feel like going out again after a long stressfull day at work?
As a mobile Massage Therapist I cover a distance of upto an 8 mile radius of Rochester free of charge. I am willing to travel out further than the 8 mile radius and would make an additional charge of 0.50p per mile (please contact me to discuss).
