About the Business
Outshine Hair & Beauty was opened in October 2011 by Shelly Mercer. Shelly Mercer has over 16 years experience in hairdressing having worked as a trainee through to senior stylist/manager at Brighton's popular Venus Hair Design 1995 to 2010 and more recently as a senior stylist at one of Hove's premier salons, Tai Hair & Beauty (2010-2011).
Katie O'Reilly is one of our stylists here at Outshine. She has 6 years experience within the hairdressing industry. She started as a Saturday girl and has worked her way up to a top stylist. Katie has a special flare for colour and has been on many Matrix colour courses as well as Creative Cutting courses. She works full time here at Outshine Hair and Beauty.
