About the Business
Hiand a very warm welcome to my website, I have been a therapist for over 15 years specializing in both Beauty & Holistic therapy. From Studying a 3 year NVQ lev 1-3 qualification in Beauty therapy, I then furthered my training for many years gaining an interest in the Alternative Holistic therapeutic approach, studying & training in Reiki, Reflexology, Hot Stone therapy, Crystal therapy & Indian head massage.
In2010 I qualified as a Yoga Teacher, after studying in India where I also gained knowledge and training in Ayurveda, which is a 5000 year old ancient healing practice known as the science if life. I have previously worked in both the Health & Leisure industry working for the exclusive Virgin Active Club for over 2 years as a Yoga Teacher.
